skillset join USA Graphite," stated Wayne Yamamoto, President and CEO

graphite projects in the near-term."

they strive to move their three Nevada graphite projects closer to
potential production," stated Mr. Bending. "Demand for large flake
graphite production is expected to continue to build as new high-tech
graphite applications create a critical global production deficit.
This is very similar to what we experienced in the rare earth
minerals sector a few years ago. As with rare earth minerals, it will
be increasingly important for North American countries to secure
their own high-quality graphite supply with domestic production
Wayne Yamamoto concluded, "We look forward to receiving David's
complete review of the current USGT portfolio of graphite projects in
Nevada and expediting his recommended exploration programs."
The Company anticipates making further complementary appointments to
the Strategic Advisory Board over the next several weeks.
