Allianz Life Insurance Company of North America (Allianz Life^®) named Chuck
DiVencenzo as the new director of Advanced Markets in the Marketing division.
In this role, DiVencenzo will develop and deliver Advanced Markets
presentations to financial professionals across the United States. He creates
marketing collateral based on in-depth analysis of advanced tax and legal
concepts to help financial professionals in their practices. DiVencenzo
reports directly to Deb Repya, senior director of Advanced Markets.

Prior to joining Allianz Life, DiVencenzo was a managing advisor with Edward
D. Jones, LLC in Amherst, N.Y. where he helped establish the company’s office
in western New York. He advised clients on retirement savings and income
strategies as well as wealth management and investment products. Before that,
DiVencenzo was a managing partner for more than four years with CJD
Consulting, LLP in multiple New York locations. In that role, he worked with
clients developing strategies to maximize distribution, website marketing and
education materials. DiVencenzo was also chief operating officer, director and
secretary for Paradigm Capital Management, Inc. in Albany, N.Y. from 2006
through 2009 where he led marketing and sales of the company’s mutual and
hedge fund products.

Additionally, DiVencenzo gained more than 15 years of experience in Advanced
Markets working with various financial services firms. He served as vice
president of the Investment Products Division for The Hartford in Simsbury,
Conn. for more than eight years where he led more than 40 employees in the
Advanced Product Marketing area supporting key accounts and wholesalers.
DiVencenzo also held roles for M&T Bank in Buffalo, N.Y. and National Benefits
Group in Amherst, N.Y.

Before starting in the Advanced Markets field, DiVencenzo gained corporate and
tax law experience working for law firms Phillips Lytle, and Woods, Oviatt in
Buffalo, N.Y. for more than five years. He was also a tax consultant with
Ernst Young in Pittsburgh, Pa.

DiVencenzo has a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from
Canisius College in Buffalo, N.Y. and a Juris Doctorate from the University of
Pittsburgh, School of Law. He also holds FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses.
