Chemed Corporation Declares Quarterly Dividend of 20 Cents
CINCINNATI -- November 8, 2013
Chemed Corporation (NYSE:CHE) announced today that the Board of Directors has
declared a quarterly cash dividend of 20 cents per share on the Company’s
capital stock, payable on December 9, 2013, to shareholders of record as of
November 18, 2013. This represents the 170^th consecutive quarterly dividend
paid by Chemed in its 42 years as a public company.
