will hold its 2013 annual general meeting ("AGM") of shareholders at its
Beijing office at 27/F, China Central Place, Tower II, 79 Jianguo Road,
Chaoyang District, Beijing, 100025, People's Republic of China on December 4,
2013 at 3:00 p.m. local time. The shareholder record date is November 4, 2013.
Xinyuan filed its annual report on Form 20-F, including its audited financial
statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2012, with the U.S.
