drill two wells near Norman Wells, 728 miles (1120 km) from Yellowknife, the
territorial capital, and 100 miles (160 km) south of the Arctic Circle.

Alcoa Inc (NYSE: AA) shares fell 0.84% to $9.46. The company on Oct. 28 said
it is willing to reopen talks to sell an Italian plant to the Swiss industrial
group Klesch, the company said after a meeting between trade unions and
