ChinaNet Online Holdings to Promote New Retail Shopping Center in Hebei

(Nasdaq:CNET) (the "Company"), a leading B2B (business to business) Internet
technology company focusing on providing online-to-offline ("O2O") sales

Paradise in Huailai, Hebei Province to consumers and businesses.
Joy Paradise is one of the largest retail shopping centers under construction
