TAL Education Group Research Report 

On October 22, 2013, TAL Education Group (TAL) reported its Q2 FY 2014
financial results (period ended August 31, 2013). The Company reported net
revenue of $92 million, up 35.1% YoY during the quarter. Net income
attributable to TAL stood at $23.3 or $0.29 per diluted American Depository
Share (ADS) compared to $16.0 million or $0.21 per diluted ADS in Q2 FY 2013.
Non-GAAP net income attributable to TAL grew 38.7% YoY to $25.1 million during
