Cloud Computing line of business. He will report to Suresh Vaswani, president
of Dell Services.

Mr. Sankaran will lead a global team of nearly 10,000 employees responsible
for driving infrastructure consulting and delivery, managed services and

us continue differentiating Dell and are some of our most strategic investment
areas.”

“I’m thrilled to join the Dell team,” said Mr. Sankaran. “Dell has leading
technology, a strong global brand and customer relationships that make the
growth opportunity exceptional. I look forward to working with Dell’s talented
