Record Attendance

today that it has concluded Next Steps 2013, the Company's annual
global user conference, with record attendance numbers in London,
Chicago, and Shanghai.
 
Next Steps is the key annual event for NetDimensions' user community
worldwide. This year the event drew over 250 users, representing over
120 organisations and over 20 countries.
 
Next Steps attracts knowledge, learning, talent, HR, and compliance
experts from all over the globe to share best practices, teach and
learn new things that they can put into practice back in the workplace,
and debate new ways to achieve better results in terms of talent
management.
 
Stacey Harris, VP of Research and Advisory Services at the Brandon Hall
Group, was the keynote speaker at Next Steps in London. Stacey talked
about improving performance locally in a global market, sharing
insights of her latest global research on how organisations are
addressing talent scarcity issues while developing the next generation
workforce.
