The WMACCA Corporate Counsel Awards honor the top in-house lawyers and
departments in the District of Columbia, Virginia and suburban metro Maryland.
Nominations were submitted by the legal community-at-large in response to an
open call for submissions. Finalists and winners were chosen by a panel of
judges comprised of members of the local business and legal communities.

“This award highlights Buddy’s tireless efforts to help Apex grow into the
strong company it is today,” Apex Systems President, Rand Blazer said. “His
legal guidance and that of his department have been invaluable as we have
expanded our footprint and market share.”

Omohundro joined Apex Systems in 2005 as the company’s first in-house counsel.
