announces the addition of three new team members to Sandy Spring Trust. With
over 50 years combined experience in the financial services industry, the team
is well versed in tailoring customized portfolios to clients' specific
priorities. The team includes Andrew B. Seested, VP, Private Wealth Advisor,
Jennifer O. Cumming, CFP®, VP, Senior Investment Advisor, and Boris A.
Wessely, VP, Senior Investment Advisor. Previously, the team managed

Prior to joining Sandy Spring Trust, Mr. Seested was a Vice President and
Senior Relationship Manager, who was responsible for understanding the full
breadth of his clients' financial goals and needs as well as providing
comprehensive financial solutions to high net worth and ultra high net worth
clients. He is a graduate of The University of South Carolina where he majored
in Economics and holds his Executive Certificate in Financial Planning from
Georgetown University. Andrew is actively involved with Georgetown University
Hospital where he is on the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Parent Advisory Board
and most recently with the Hearts & Homes for Youth, a local non-profit
organization which helps abused, neglected, homeless and troubled children
through a variety of residential and supportive programs.

Ms. Cumming joins Sandy Spring Trust with experience as a Vice President and
Senior Investment Advisor. Previously, she was responsible for investment
selection and oversight in supporting clients' short term and long term goals
for their trust structure. Jennifer is a graduate of Georgetown University and
the University of Virginia. She is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional
who holds an M.A. in Art History and a B.S. in Finance and International
Business. Jennifer is a member of the McIntire Ivy Society. She also works
with Junior Achievement of Greater Washington as a member of their Associate
Leadership Council promoting financial literacy for local youth.

Prior to joining Sandy Spring Trust, Mr. Wessely was a Vice President and
Senior Investment Advisor, who developed and managed tailored investment
strategies for high net worth clients. He also spent more than 15 years
managing multi-billion dollar institutional portfolios for foundations,
endowments, and public pension plans. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in
Finance from San Diego State University and has served on several non-profit
investment and pension plan committees.
