OMVS Seeks Out New Aviation Partners
TAMPA, Fla. -- October 22, 2013
On the Move Systems Corp.’s (OTCBB: OMVS) executive leadership will seek out
new commercial aviation partners this week to help with the rollout of its
dynamic online travel and transportation portal.
Representatives from the company will travel to Las Vegas today to attend the
National Business Aviation Association Convention & Exhibition, the nation’s
sixth-largest trade show. It’s a prime opportunity to network with private air
carriers who can help stock the company’s new Web portal, now in development,
with niche travel and transportation booking options unavailable anywhere else
“This event brings together business leaders, government officials, corporate
aviation department personnel and all manner of people involved in practically
all aspects of business aviation,” said OMVS CEO Robert Wilson. “Our business
model is predicated on offering business travelers niche travel options,
including passage on charter jets’ ‘open leg’ voyages, so we’re very excited
about the important contacts we’ll be making this week to help get this portal
off the ground.”
By connecting charter companies and niche travelers online, OMVS plans to earn
high customer satisfaction with a site that will also offer luxury ground
transport, intermodal shipping services and more.
Online booking companies have enjoyed tremendous growth over the past three
years, with Priceline.com alone rising in value from less than $100 a share in
2010 to more than $1,000 a share today. OMVS is working to replicate that
success by revolutionizing the way transportation services are bought and
sold, delivering a novel new online platform employing a similar business
model to companies such as Priceline.com, TripAdvisor.com (NASDAQ: TRIP) and
Expedia.com (NASDAQ: EXPE).
