               cash prize to Life Time Tri Series Champion Kaye

CHANHASSEN, Minn. & SAN DIEGO -- October 20, 2013

The inaugural Life Time Tri Oceanside, the championship event of the 2013 Life
Time Tri Series, crowned Alicia Kaye and Helle Frederiksen as winners today in
beautiful Oceanside Harbor. Produced and presented by Life Time – The Healthy
Way of Life Company (NYSE:LTM), Life Time Tri Oceanside invited athletes and
spectators alike to experience the final event of the 2013 Life Time Tri
series—and the championship of 12 Life Time Tri events across the country—as
well as the Toyota Triple Crown Series finale. Spectators cheered on Kaye who
ultimately took home the Toyota Triple Crown Triathlon Series championship
crown with 63 points.

Stuart Hayes (London, UK) won the male professional division at 1:48:43 while
Kaye (Clermont, FL) won the female professional division at 1:58:34. In the
male professional division, Eric Lagerstrom (Gresham, OR) finished second with
a time of 1:48:55, followed by third-place finisher Cameron Dye (Boulder, CO)
with a time of 1:48:57. In the female professional division, Helle Frederiksen
(Farum, DENMARK) finished second with a time of 1:59:53, while Lauren Goss
(Clermont, FL) finished third with a time of 2:01:42.

As the final event of the 2013 Life Time Tri series, the championship boasted
high stakes as athletes raced for their chance to be crowned Toyota Triple
Crown Series champions. Frederiksen came in second in the series with 56.5
points and Dye came in third in the series with 54.5 points. Hosted by Life
Time and Toyota, The Life Time Tri Pro Series cash purse offered $450,000,
including $250,000 in individual race awards and an additional $200,000
awarded to Life Time Tri Pro Series champions crowned at the championship.
With the addition of the Toyota Triple Crown, the overall 2013 Life Time Tri
cash purse was $500,000.

Sept. 22, 2013, Life Time Tri Dallas on Oct. 6, 2013 and Life Time Tri Soma on
Oct. 20, 2013.

Registration for the 2014 Life Time Tri Series will open Nov. 1, 2013.
