AV Homes Selects Zion & Zion as National Agency of Record
TEMPE, AZ -- (Marketwired) -- 10/18/13 -- Zion & Zion
(@ZIONandZION), one of Phoenix's highest ranked public relations,
social media, online marketing and advertising agencies, has
officially been named the national agency of record for AV Homes,
Inc. (NASDAQ: AVHI). AV Homes, a national homebuilder based in
Scottsdale, Ariz., with developments in multiple states, signed a 30
month agency of record agreement with Zion & Zion.
AV Homes is currently engaged in homebuilding, land development and
other real estate operations in Florida, Arizona and the Carolinas.
However, following a recent $135 million equity investment by global
private investment firm TPG, AV Homes intends to expand its presence
with additional raw land and finished home site acquisitions.
To facilitate the marketing, advertising, branding and PR/social
media components of this effort, AV Homes conducted a review of
agencies, but ultimately selected Zion & Zion for its intense focus
on business results and digital strategy.
"Zion & Zion's industry experience with successful developers like
DMB Associates combined with their results driven approach and
business acumen impressed us," said Roger A. Cregg, president and CEO
of AV Homes. "As we continue moving forward with our strategic plan,
we require not only traditional media and creative, but also a solid
digital strategy. We know this will be crucial to our business goals
and we feel Zion & Zion is the perfect partner to help us achieve
those goals."
Zion & Zion will be responsible for public relations, social media,
web development, brand strategy, advertising, messaging and both
traditional and digital marketing for AV Homes.
"We are proud that AV Homes has selected us as their agency of
record," stated Aric Zion (@AricZion), CEO of Zion & Zion. "Our
fundamental philosophy, 'where business meets creative,' continues to
be what attracts clients to us; and our investments in digital
technology and ongoing Zion & Zion team member training continue to
deliver returns for both us and our clients. We look forward to
leveraging our agency's strengths to help facilitate the growth and
success of AV Homes."
