today announced that it will release consolidated financial results for the
quarter ended September 30, 2013 before the market opens on October 31, 2013.

In addition, ITC will conduct a webcast and conference call at 11 a.m. Eastern
on Thursday, October 31, 2013. Joseph L. Welch, chairman, president and CEO,
will provide a business overview, and Cameron M. Bready, executive vice
