at the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals’ (CSCMP) 2013 Annual
Global Conference, October 20-23 at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver.
The company will also showcase co-loading expertise through its TransMATCH
program during the CSCMP Supply Chain Exchange exhibition.

Transplace CEO Tom Sanderson joins a panel with Robert Bianco, president,
Menlo Worldwide Logistics and Marvin Schlanger, CEO, CEVA Logistics for “Our
Future Leaders” to discuss the latest thinking and innovations in the areas of
leadership and career development. Moderated by Hudson Logistics President
Thomas Escott, this session will help attendees gain new perspectives on steps
they can take to best further their own careers and develop into outstanding
leaders that companies will want and need. The session takes place on
Wednesday, October 23 from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. in the Four Seasons
Ballroom.

Jose Minarro, Transplace Mexico’s managing director, will join John E. Isbell,
senior associate, Cambridge Systematics, Inc. and Sharon M. Perry, vice
president, logistics, Carhartt, Inc. for “Right Sourcing—The Benefits of
Locating Production Closer to Home.” Attendees will learn about the pros and
cons of sourcing from Mexico and explore the decision making behind viable
source location selection. The session takes place on Tuesday, October 22 from
9:45 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. in room #207.

Transplace Senior Vice President of Engineering and Consulting Ben Cubitt will
discuss “SmartWay Transport Partnership: Driving Data Integrity in
Transportation Supply Chains.” Cubitt joins the panel with Stelios
Chrysandreas, transportation optimization manager, Kimberly-Clark Corporation;
Ashton Shaw, senior lean coordinator and sustainability engineer, Menlo
Worldwide Logistics; and Patricia A. Klavon, environmental protection
specialist, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. The panel of SmartWay
registered partners will share best practices in freight
transportation-related data collection, management, and quality assurance
procedures to help drive greater efficiency throughout the supply chain
network. The session takes place on Tuesday, October 22 from 3:00 p.m. to 4:30
p.m. in the Four Seasons Ballroom 2-3.

In addition to the presentations, Transplace will exhibit at CSCMP’s Supply
Chain Exchange. Representatives will be on hand to share information about the
