FORT WORTH, Texas -- October 9, 2013

Holland Services, a national leader in oil & gas land-related services,
announced it has tapped Leah M. King to fill the newly created role of senior
vice president, marketing and communications.

In her new role, King will be responsible for the development of a
comprehensive marketing, communications and public relations strategy to
support Holland Services’ business objectives and to enhance brand awareness
among its key audiences.

Prior to joining Holland Services, King served as the Senior Director of
Public Affairs for Chesapeake Energy in the Barnett Shale. She was responsible
for overseeing a team of professional community outreach and education
specialists charged with maintaining a favorable operating environment for
natural gas production in an urban community.

Before joining Chesapeake, King spent fifteen years with RadioShack
Corporation where she held various sales, marketing and public relations
responsibilities.

King is not only an accomplished communications executive, she is also a
dedicated community volunteer. She serves on the boards of directors for the
Child Study Center Foundation, Communities in Schools of Greater Tarrant
County and is a founding member of the United Way of Tarrant County’s Women’s
Leadership Council.
