Lafarge Tarmac Selects LLamasoft Supply Chain Guru
LLamasoft Will be the Standard Tool for Supply Chain Design
ANN ARBOR, Mich. & LONDON -- October 9, 2013

announced that Lafarge Tarmac has selected LLamasoft Supply Chain Guru as the
standard application for supply chain design throughout the company’s global
Lafarge Tarmac is a 50:50 joint venture which is equally owned by Lafarge and
Anglo American plc and combines both companies’ cement and lime, aggregates,
ready-mix concrete, asphalt and asphalt surfacing, maintenance services and
waste services businesses. Lafarge Tarmac began trading in January 2013,
following final clearance from the UK Competition Commission and is now the
UK’s leading construction materials and services company.
