MIAMI, Oct. 8, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- (Big Time Media/SBS-MegaTV)---Spanish
Broadcasting System, Inc. (SBS) (Nasdaq:SBSA) announced the appointment of Mr.
Berry Jasin to MegaTV Revenue Chief & SVP of National Sales, Consolidated. Mr.
Jasin will be responsible for overseeing the revenue and profit performance of
MegaTV's consolidated operations, including all local, regional and national
revenue categories as well as paid programming and retransmissions revenue.
Mr. Jasin will remain based in Miami, Florida and will report to Albert
Rodriguez, COO of SBS.

Prior to his appointment as MegaTV Revenue Chief, Mr. Jasin, was the VP of
National Sales of SBS's Consolidated Operations since December 2011, in this
role, Berry was responsible for coordinating and developing successful
national sales and marketing campaigns for the entire SBS group.

Prior to joining the SBS family, Jasin served as Senior Account Manager for
CBS Corporation where he was responsible for all network television, radio and
Interactive division sales, including, marketing and promotions. For over 14
years, he managed top accounts in CBS. Before his move to CBS Corporation,
Jasin was the Regional/National Sales Manager at Clear Channel. He also worked
at Harte Hanks as VP of Sales managing all ad sales for the publication.

Bachelor of Arts Degree in Philosophy and History from the University of
Miami. He is married and has two sons.
