OAKVILLE, ON, Oct. 7, 2013 /CNW/ - Tim Hortons announced today that for the
second consecutive year it has been included in the Canadian Carbon Disclosure
Project's (CDP) Canada 200 Climate Disclosure Leadership Index (CDLI). The
achievement was announced in the CDP Canada 200 Climate Change Report 2013,
which tracks how Canada's largest listed companies are acting in response to a
changing climate and recognizes various organizations for their approach to

According to CDP, Tim Hortons high score and inclusion in the CDLI report
indicate the provision of robust climate data and a good understanding of

emissions as part of our commitment to environmental responsibility," said
Scott Bonikowsky, vice president, Corporate, Public & Government Affairs, Tim
Hortons. "We believe that our focus on sustainability benefits the communities
