 Retailer Invites Fans to Raise Awareness for Anti-Bullying Education During

      National Bullying Prevention Month and Win a Trip to Meet the Band

This week, Office Depot (NYSE: ODP) revealed the next phase of its
multi-faceted anti-bullying partnership with One Direction by announcing
sponsorship of the band’s seven-hour virtual live broadcast event, 1D Day,
which will take place on November 23. As part of the lead up to their third
studio album in three years, “Midnight Memories,” 1D Day will be a
one-of-a-kind experience allowing fans to get closer to the group than ever

To help continue the 1D + OD mission of ensuring supporters live kind, love
everyone and move together against bullying, Office Depot is offering five
U.S. fans the chance to team up with their favorite band member at 1D Day.
Enter the contest by purchasing any exclusive 1D + OD product at Office Depot
and creating a 45-second or less video showing how they plan to use the
limited-edition 1D+OD products to support One Direction's anti-bullying
efforts. The contest kicked off on October 1, and entries can be submitted
through October 31*.

tremendous; students, teachers, parents and fans all want to get involved,”

free to share” promotion on exclusive 1D + OD Together Against Bullying
products, further promoting the campaign’s ‘Be Nice’ and ‘Live Kind’
philosophy. In celebration of National Bullying Prevention Month, One
Direction has challenged fans to help raise $250,000 for the Office Depot
Foundation’s anti-bullying education efforts.
