LONDON -- October 3, 2013

London-based management consultancy announces the appointment of two new
Directors, strengthening both its consulting team and leadership.

Ian Pringle joins Value Partnership’s consulting team to build on the
practice’s success in providing the expert guidance and tools required to
solve the organisational critical challenges faced by senior leaders today
across the globe. His last role was as Executive Director for TDG Ltd where he
oversaw the sale of the company to new ownership. His particular interests are
the creation and implementation of strategy and new business models – and the
change management and leadership issues that this brings. Ian has over 25
years international business experience, primarily in the logistics
distribution, manufacturing and construction materials industries and has
worked at senior management and Board level with responsibility for both line
and functional activities.

Bruce Slatton will strengthen Value Partnership’s strategic management
capability and extend the range of capabilities available to clients of the
practice. Bruce has extensive experience in delivering performance improvement
in businesses, both those he has managed and through his work over the last
four years in a leading, results driven operational performance improvement
consultancy. Previous to that, he worked for 20 years for Lafarge Group across
Western, Central and Eastern Europe and is fluent in German and French. He was
Managing Director for Lafarge Plasterboard Ltd, a £140m business covering the
UK and Ireland and is a former Trustee of CRASH, the construction industry’s
charity for the homeless.

Value Partnership Founder and CEO, Simon Court said: ‘They have both wrestled
with the demands of achieving growth in challenging markets and building the
leadership and organisational capability to deliver that growth. They know us,
as both partnered with us as clients in the past. Their combined wealth of
experience make them a key addition to the practice, and their understanding
of the way we work alongside clients in a genuine partnership, as expert
guides, makes them a clear fit with the rest of our team. The world is a very
different place from what it was before the financial crisis. We are stronger
now than before the crisis started and intend to strengthen further.’
