Corporation (NYSE:CVX) (San Ramon, California) has signed binding
long-term sales and purchase agreements with Tohoku Electric Power
Company (TYO:9506) (Miyagi, Japan) for liquefied natural gas from its
Wheatstone liquefied natural gas (LNG) project in Western Australia.
The $29 billion project was sanctioned in September 2011.
