Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock

Campus Crest Communities, Inc.(NYSE:CCG) (the “Company”) today announced a
reopening of its 8.00% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock in an
underwritten public offering.
The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for the
repayment of debt, future development or for other general corporate and
working capital purposes.
BofA Merrill Lynch, Raymond James, Barclays, Citigroup and RBC Capital Markets
