interest in AAE Ahaus Alstatter Eisenbahn Cargo AG (AAE Cargo) to the

for 15 heavy duty compressed natural gas (CNG) vehicles. Ryder noted that
Willow Run Foods is the Company's first natural gas lease customer in New
York. The Company expects the project to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by
500 tons per year, and expects to save Willow Run Foods more than $100,000 per
year through a reduction of 175,000 gallon of diesel fuel consumption. Ryder
informed that Willow Run Foods will take delivery of the 15 natural gas
vehicles in October 2013 to replace 15 diesel-powered vehicles in their
existing fleet, and use it to make deliveries to several chain restaurants in
