A family cook can become a Slow Cookin’ champ by submitting their
one-pot-wonders on the Crock-Pot® Seasoning Mixes Facebook page  beginning
today. After submitting an original recipe through posts and photos on the
page, participants will be encouraged to enlist their friends to vote for
their recipe from Oct. 24 to Nov. 14. The winning contestant and their recipe,
determined through Facebook votes and input from a panel of B&G Foods judges,
will be announced Nov. 21. To encourage this year's entrants, Sherri Williams
from Crestview Florida, last year’s Grand Prize Winner, will star in several
Crock-Pot® slow cooker demonstration videos.

In addition to a year’s free groceries and seasoning mixes, the grand prize
winner will have the opportunity to present his or her original recipes and
slow cooker usage tips on a dedicated page found on the Crock-Pot® Seasoning
