The initial response of the survey has been exciting and has put telecom
operators Bharti Airtel, Vodafone and Reliance Jio Infocomm in the top spots
for the most preferred employer category.

So far, a majority of working telecom professionals have indicated that they
wish to be part of one of these three companies. It would be interesting to
see who gets the coveted honour of being the most preferred telecom employer,
once the survey is complete.

Telecom vendors Ericsson and NSN are competing closely, as well.

The survey will reveal more of such interesting insights that would also
include industry's job forecast, salary trends, market data, top telecom jobs
in demand, appraisal trends, the skills in demand and the key sectors where
employees feel comfortable to diversify.
