UGG® Australia, a global brand recognized for its iconic classic sheepskin
boots, marks its 35^th anniversary this September. The worldwide celebration
will focus on the year 1978, when the brand arrived on the beaches of Southern
California and changed the way the world thought about sheepskin. From the
classic silhouette to fall fashion must-haves, every genuine UGG product is
linked together by the unforgettable sheepskin experience, and a feeling that
is truly like nothing else.

“It’s been 35 years since UGG was introduced to America,” said UGG brand
president Constance X. Rishwain. “Since then, UGG has evolved far beyond a
fad, and the brand has become synonymous with luxurious comfort all around the
globe.”

Beginning September 26^th, UGG concept stores worldwide will return to the
1970’s with vintage UGG Australia advertisements, iconic music, a 1978-themed
video, and photo booths taking over each location. Visitors to UGG stores
worldwide will go back in time and experience the casual chic of the beach
lifestyle, where the beloved sheepskin boot was born.

To commemorate the milestone anniversary, UGG will debut a capsule collection
of product and kick off a week of in-store events for fans around the globe.
The anniversary capsule collection will feature boots, sneakers and slippers
for men and women, and will reflect an old-school varsity vibe featuring the
UGG ’78 embroidered logo and retro polka dots. UGG will also be offering a
canvas tote bag as a gift with purchase during the celebration, September
26-October 2. 2013. The tote, which was specially made for the anniversary,
features a limited edition UGG ’78 logo and leather handles.

stores worldwide including New York, Chicago, San Francisco, Los Angeles,
Miami, London, Tokyo, Shanghai, Beijing and Moscow. UGG Australia operates on
