a CX Day networking event Tuesday, Oct. 1. The complimentary event, to be held

CX Day was created by the Customer Experience Professionals Association
(CXPA), the international non-profit organization created to guide and enhance
the growing field of customer experience management. This inaugural CX Day was
designed as a global celebration of companies and people that create great
experiences for their customers.

The Interactive Intelligence CX Day networking event will include the
opportunity to meet with peers to share ideas about improving their customers’
