EDAC Technologies Corporation Names Mark McDonald as Chief Executive Officer
CHESHIRE, Conn. -- September 25, 2013
EDAC Technologies Corporation (“EDAC” or the “Company”), a leading supplier of
precision machined and composite components and assemblies to the aerospace
and industrial sectors, announced today the appointment of J. Mark McDonald as
President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. McDonald joins EDAC from Rolls
Royce, where he served as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President
of Energy, and previously as Chief Operating Officer of Civil Aerospace.
Current EDAC CEO Dominick A. Pagano is retiring but will remain with the
Company for a period of time to facilitate a smooth transition and will also
continue to serve thereafter as a member of EDAC’s Board of Directors.

Mr. McDonald will assume his duties on September 30, 2013.
