Ignite Restaurant Group Announces Grand Opening of Joe's Crab Shack in
Westbury, New York
HOUSTON -- September 24, 2013
Ignite Restaurant Group (Nasdaq: IRG) today announced the opening of its
newest Joe’s Crab Shack restaurant, located in Westbury, New York. The 7900
square-foot restaurant, located at 1195 Corporate Drive, is the eighth Joe’s
in New York. The new location will be open seven days a week from 11 a.m. to 2
a.m., can accommodate 300 guests and will employ nearly 180 team members from
the local area.
The Joe’s Crab Shack “100% Shore” menu offers Southern flavors and spices that
add a delicious, unexpected twist to fresh seafood from the highest quality
sources. Menu standards include Steampots, seafood entrees and mouth-watering
crab dishes featuring Dungeness, snow and king crab. The Westbury location
will also offer new fall menu promotion items including the Southern Fried
Maine Lobster, BBQ Dungeness Crab, Shrimp and Cheddar Grits and the Ragin’
Cajun Steampot, along with the new Outlaw Moonshine cocktails. A full list of
