UPDATE TO DIVIDEND RECORD DATE 
Ad hoc announcement - Jersey, 18 September 2013. Atrium European Real Estate
(VSE/Euronext:ATRS) ("Atrium" or the "Group"), a leading owner, operator and
developer of retail real estate and shopping centres in Central and Eastern
Europe, announces that the record date for its third dividend payment for the
year will be 23 September 2013, not 21 September 2013 as stated in the Group's
interim financial report for the six months to 30 June 2013. The payment and
ex-dividend dates of 30 September 2013 and 19 September 2013 respectively remain
unchanged.
