Sony Corporation Research Report

On September 12, 2013, Sony Corporation (Sony) announced that it has entered
into a contract to sell 155,000 shares of its 791,908 shares of M3, Inc. (M3)
to Deutsche Securities Inc. for ¥37.8 billion. The Company stated that it will
