  AGCO Appoints Roger Batkin as General Counsel

DULUTH, Ga. -- September 12, 2013

AGCO, Your Agriculture Company (NYSE:AGCO), a worldwide manufacturer and

it has appointed Roger Batkin as Vice President, General Counsel, effective
immediately. Mr. Batkin joined the Company in 2000.
