Resignation of Chief Operating Officer
ABG today announces that Marco Zolezzi, who has been ABG's Chief Operating
Officer since September 2010, has resigned with immediate effect to pursue
other interests. A search is underway for his replacement and in the interim,
Brad Gordon, CEO, will take direct responsibility for the operations.
Brad Gordon, ABG's Chief Executive Officer, said, "I would like to express my
thanks to Marco for his significant contribution to ABG over the past 3 years.
