Crossroads Systems Files Suit Against Dot Hill 
AUSTIN, TX -- (Marketwired) -- 09/11/13 --  Crossroads Systems, Inc.
(NASDAQ: CRDS), a global provider of data archive solutions, today
filed suit in Federal District Court against Dot Hill Systems Corp. 
Crossroads alleges, in part, that Dot Hill Systems Corp., a licensee
of certain patents in Crossroads' '972 Patent Family failed to fully
pay license fees due Crossroads under the 2006 patent license
agreement between the parties. Since 2001, Crossroads has licensed
portions of the '972 Patent Family to more than 40 companies and
received in excess of $60 million in license and settlement revenue.
