NEW YORK, Sept. 11, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- SAIC, Inc. (SAIC) [NYSE: SAI] today
will hold an investor meeting in New York hosted by senior management of the
future Leidos Holdings, Inc. (Leidos) a science and technology solutions
leader working to help address challenges facing national security, health,
and engineering.

SAIC previously announced plans to create two separate companies, each with
its own growth strategies and competitive advantages. Upon completion of the
planned spin-off transaction, the government technical services and enterprise
IT business will retain the name SAIC and trade under the ticker symbol NYSE:
SAIC, while the government and commercial solutions company will be named
Leidos and trade under the ticker NYSE: LDOS.

With over $6 billion in annualized revenues and approximately 23,000
