Atlanta, Georgia  - September  9, 2013-DLH  Holdings Corp.  (NASDAQ: DLHC),  a 
technical services  provider to  Federal government  agencies specializing  in 
healthcare, logistics, and contingency response announced today that it  plans 
to launch its first annual  "National Window of Service" commencing  September 
11, 2013 (Patriot  Day) and ending  on November 11,  2013 (Veteran's Day)  as 
part of its "DLH Cares" initiative.

According to a recent U.S. Department  of Housing and Urban Development  there 
are more than 62,000  homeless veterans on any  given night. Factors such  as 
the lingering effects of post-traumatic stress disorder, substance abuse,  and 
access to health care all contribute to the homeless veteran challenge. 

DLH's personnel throughout the country will participate in the National Window
of Service in support of veteran causes across the country. Assistance will be
provided at  non-profit  veteran  homeless  facilities,  VA  Medical  Centers, 
company locations, and  other sites. Activities  range from participating  in 
the Department of Veterans Affairs "Stand Down" events to organizing food  and 
clothing drives as well as volunteering with local veteran organizations.  The
