T3Media Launches Amazon Web Services Platform Integration

T3Media Launches Amazon Web Services Platform Integration
T3Media Library Integration Uses Amazon S3 and Amazon Glacier to
Enable Users to Seamlessly Ingest, Manage, and Deliver Their Digital
Content
DENVER, CO -- (Marketwired) -- 09/09/13 -- T3Media, Inc. (formerly
Thought Equity Motion) -- a leading provider of cloud-based video
management and licensing services -- announced today that it has
added the ability for T3 Library Manager, its digital content
management solution, to connect with Amazon Simple Storage Service
(Amazon S3) and Amazon Glacier user accounts within Amazon Web
Services (AWS).
"With T3 Library Manager, users can now deliver packages, metadata,
and web-services all from a browser-accessible SaaS platform
utilizing Amazon S3 and Amazon Glacier," said Mark Lemmons, Chief
Technology Officer at T3Media. "We are excited to open up our
services to existing AWS customers worldwide and help them eliminate
the traditional IT barriers that arise when managing digital content
across multiple sites and platforms."
T3Media is also now an AWS reseller, so new and existing clients can
now leverage a range of AWS services (Amazon S3, Amazon Glacier, and
Amazon EC2) as part of the company's platform solutions.
With this added functionality, users can leverage T3 Library Manager
using AWS to easily manage, deliver, and enhance their digital
content. T3 Library Manager supports a wide range of enterprise-scale
digital content management needs, including metadata editing and
digital file delivery. "If your content is on AWS, T3 Library Manager
can quickly pre-flight and ingest content in place, and orchestrate
utilization of Amazon EC2 deployed transcode resources or from Amazon
Elastic Transcoder as well as from a number of AWS cloud partners,
including Zencoder and others. Users can then securely manage
outbound content and metadata deliveries at scale," continued
Lemmons.
"We're pleased that T3Media has chosen to use AWS for its
industry-leading digital content management solution," stated Mark
Ramberg, Global Digital Media Business Strategy at Amazon Web
Services. "With T3 Library Manager using AWS, media and entertainment
companies can reduce capex investment and simplify the complex
infrastructure requirements demanded by global file-based workflows.
T3Media's support for AWS aligns with our customers' shift to secure
cloud-based content creation, storage and distribution."
