FCC Circulates Globalstar Notice of Proposed Rulemaking

COVINGTON, La., Sept. 9, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Globalstar, Inc.
(OTCBB:GSAT) announced today that the Federal Communications Commission (FCC)
placed Globalstar's requested notice of proposed rulemaking on circulation for
consideration by the full Commission:
