Using Ricoh's continuous forms platforms, cut-sheet devices and
workflow software, DMS has elevated its capabilities to deliver
output ranging from direct marketing to critical communications.
Previously, DMS used preprinted forms, which were no longer a
sufficient or effective way to share information with its clients'
customers. Incoming variable data orders were printed on these forms
using a variety of printing devices, adding yet another inefficient
step to the process. The high levels of cost and complexity became an
unnecessary burden for DMS, so it looked to Ricoh to find a solution
that better serves their customers.
