SUNNYVALE, Calif. -- September 9, 2013

Today, Yahoo debuted its Fall Comedy Lineup including all episodes of eight
original web series, the entire Saturday Night Live clip archive and clips
from Viacom’s Comedy Central and MTV shows, including The Daily Show with Jon
Stewart, The Colbert Report, and more. More than 1,000 hours of comedy content
and 5,000 clips are available today on mobile with a brand new Yahoo Screen
app for iPad, iPhone and iPod touch (download here) and online on the
refreshed Yahoo Screen desktop experience (http://screen.yahoo.com).

First announced at Yahoo’s 2013 Digital Content NewFront, the new comedy web
shows feature top comedic talent including Jack Black in Ghost Ghirls, John
Stamos in Losing It With John Stamos, Ed Helms and Zachary Levi in Tiny
Commando, Cheryl Hines and Rachael Harris in We Need Help and many others in a
variety of comedy genres. Adding to Yahoo’s comedy lineup is the entire
38-season archive of Saturday Night Live clips, along with clips from the
current season. The Saturday Night Live clips and several of the new original
shows will be available on Yahoo sites around the world.

With its new Viacom partnership, Yahoo is also bringing some of the most
popular Comedy Central and MTV shows’ clips to Yahoo Screen. On Monday,
September 9, clips from The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, The Colbert Report,
and MTV News will be available on Yahoo Screen. Additional Viacom programming,
including clips from South Park, as well as several MTV and Comedy Central
shows, will launch in October 2013. Together with the exclusive digital clip
archive of SNL, Yahoo Screen now offers access to some of the most storied
franchises in comedy history, on any device.

Yahoo is the first advertising-supported digital distributor to release this
volume of content at one time, giving users a “marathon viewing” experience.
Energizer® is the presenting sponsor for Tiny Commando, with the Energizer
brand integrated throughout the show — from Energizer® batteries powering the
Tiny Commando cars to show appearances by the iconic Energizer Bunny®.

The new Yahoo Screen app, also launched today, was designed to make watching
videos on your iPad, iPhone or iPod touch as easy as turning on a TV. Videos
start playing immediately upon opening the app and flow seamlessly from one
clip to the next. Channel-based premium content mirrors consumer daily habits
with categories that include Popular, Comedy, Food, Celebrity, Gaming, Sports
and others, populated by a growing list of premium partners.

The refreshed Yahoo Screen website (http://screen.yahoo.com) drives discovery,
marathon viewing and sharing. The new site also offers expanded channel
options and opportunity to personalize the experience. Yahoo originally
launched Screen in 2011 as a hub for premium original content; it has since
housed several hit web series, including the 2013 Emmy-nominated Burning Love
(http://screen.yahoo.com/burning-love).

“Watching videos online has become part of people’s daily routines, and comedy
has always been a big draw,” said Erin McPherson, Yahoo vice president and
head of video. “Content of this caliber deserves a great showcase, and Yahoo
Screen is just that--a true destination where our users will be able to
discover, watch and share not only first-rate comedy, but a wide variety of
other engaging video. While this effort is just the beginning of building a
world-class, multi-platform video experience for our users, it demonstrates
our goal: to marry beautiful products, cutting-edge technology, and compelling
content to create unique experiences for users.”

and John Stamos, Losing It With John Stamos takes a hilarious look back at
celebrities’ first times. With the help of some artistic re-imagining, viewers
learn that the entertainers we know and love lived the same awkward,
embarrassing years we all did. Featured guests include Michael Ian Black, Alan
Cumming, Perez Hilton, Olivia Munn, Adam Pally, Michael Rapaport, Bob Saget,
Matt Stone, Casey Wilson and more. (Produced by Warrior Poets)

by Ryan McFaul (NTSF:SD:SUV), Tiny Commando is an action-packed comedy

We Need Help (debut) - Cheryl Hines’ and Rachael Harris’ We Need Help may take
place in the world of the rich and semi-famous, but it centers around a
situation common to almost everyone: a terrible job. Max is a struggling actor
and needs work (and just one good showbiz connection wouldn’t hurt either).
He's agreed to take the job of being a personal assistant to actresses and
friends Cheryl Hines and Rachael Harris (playing – kind of – themselves in the
vein of Curb Your Enthusiasm). Needing the money to take classes, eat, and pay
the rent, he's willing to do things no 23-year-old man would ever do and keep
his integrity intact. (Produced by Vuguru and Principato-Young Entertainment)

The Fuzz (debut) - The Fuzz is a scripted buddy-cop comedy set in a world
where humans live alongside their puppet counterparts, and puppet crime runs
rampant. This story is about a puppet cop and his lazy human partner fighting
against the odds to battle the violent drug war that’s engulfing his city.

We’re Not Young, Downton Arby’s and Yogurt Birth Control, returns! Each week
features a totally different sketch from some of the funniest comedians in the
business. (Produced by Principato-Young Entertainment)

The Flip Side (season 2) - The Flip Side is a youthful comedic series of
observational shorts that “flips” social norms in hilarious ways. What if it
was women who hit on men in the bar? Or if it was the kids who made the rules
for the parents? The Flip Side tackles a new topic in each episode, and shows
how funny the world would be if our roles were flipped. (Produced by
Altermotion Media)

Sports Friends (season 2) - Sports Friends is a comedic animated series that
parodies hilarious conversations between professional athletes. Written and
performed with a unique comedic voice akin to a young Seth MacFarlane, Sports
Friends humanizes iconic athletes as they discuss pedestrian topics like how
cool it would be to win a championship title, or how much they love hitting
home runs.(Produced by Mutsack)
