AIR FORCE 
InDyne, Inc., Reston, Va., has been awarded a
$250,323,919, modification (P00107) for a contract (FA9200-05-C-0001) for Eglin Test & Training Complex (ETTC) range operations
and maintenance services. This modification provides for the
exercise of an option for ETTC test and training areas and
technical facilities to include test and training mission
support, engineering support for range system
design/modification/range configuration, and range support
services to accomplish authorized range activities. Work will be
performed at Eglin Air Force Base, Fla., and is expected to be
completed by March 31, 2016. Air Force Test Center/PZZB, Eglin
AFB, Fla., is the contracting activity. 
ARMY 
Ellwood National Forge, Irvine, Pa., was awarded a
$54,563,908 firm-fixed-price, option-eligible, non-multi-year
contract modification (P00005) of contract (W52P1J-12-C-0036)
for the procurement of Bomb Live Unit-109 (BLU-109) empty case
assemblies and container pallets. Performance location will be
Irvine, Pa. with funding from fiscal 2011-2013 Other Procurement
funds. This contract was a competitive acquisition via the web
with three bids received. The U.S. Army Contracting Command -
Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island Arsenal, Ill. is the
contracting activity. 
Georgia Power Company, Atlanta, Ga., was awarded a
$16,063,059 firm-fixed-price, option-eligible, non-multi-year
contract modification (P00051) of contract (W91249-06-F-0207) to
exercise option year seven for electrical services for Fort
Gordon, Ga. Performance location will be Fort Gordon, Ga. with
funding from fiscal 2014 Operations and Maintenance Army funds.
This contract was a non-competitive acquisition with one bid
solicited and one bid received. The U.S. Army Contracting
Command - Fort Gordon, Fort Gordon, Ga., is the contracting
activity. 
Inland Dredging Co., LLC, Dyersburg, Tenn., was
awarded a firm-fixed-price, non-option, non-multi-year contract
of $12,747,180 for the dredging of approximately 3,537,000 cubic
yards from the federal channel and approximately 80,000 cubic
yards from the non-federal channel of the Neches River Channel
in Jefferson and Orange Counties, Texas. Performance location
will be Port Arthur, Texas with funding from fiscal 2013
Operations and Maintenance Army funds. This contract was a
competitive acquisition via the web with six bids received. The
U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - Galveston District, Galveston,
Texas is the contracting activity (W9126G-13-C-0042).
Dynamic Technology Systems, Inc., Alexandria, Va. was awarded an
$11,626,692 firm-fixed-price, non-option, non-multi-year
contract modification (P0009) of contract (W91WAW-12-C-0018) for
program management support for the Army Publishing Directorate,
Enterprise Content Management System and associated support
services for electronic publishing and automating of Army forms-based business processes. Performance location will be Fort
Belvoir, Va., with funding from fiscal 2013 Operations and
Maintenance Army funds. This contract was a non-competitive
acquisition with one bid solicited and one bid received. The
U.S. Army Contracting Command - National Capital Region,
Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity 
Raytheon BBN Technologies, Cambridge, Mass., was
awarded a $9,936,361firm-fixed-price, non-option, non-multi-year
contract for the Engineer Research and Development Center
Geotechnical and Structures Laboratory requirement under the
Egyptian Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Letter of Agreement (LOA)
and subsequent amendments to continue research and development
of the Border Tunnel Activity Detection Systems. This contract,
part of an FMS for Egypt, was a non-competitive acquisition with
one bid solicited and one bid received. The U.S. Army Corps of
Engineers - Vicksburg Consolidated Contracting Office,
Vicksburg, Miss. is the contracting activity (W912HZ-13-D-0002). 
Maron Construction Co., Inc.*, Providence, R.I. was
awarded a $7,918,800 firm-fixed-price, option-eligible, non-multi-year contract for construction and upgrade of buildings
and facilities at Otis Air National Guard (ANG) Base, Mass.
Performance location will be Otis ANG Base, Mass. with funding
from fiscal 2009 and 2012 Military Construction funds. This
contract was a competitive acquisition via the web with four
bids received. The National Guard Bureau - Massachusetts,
Milford, Mass., is the contracting activity (W912SV-13-C-0003). 
Pine Bluff Sand and Gravel Company, Pine Bluff, Ark.,
was awarded a firm-fixed-price, non-option, non-multi-year
contract of $7,094,830 for flood control and associated stone
construction for the Mississippi River and tributaries with
primary construction at the Marshall Brown Point, river mile
444.2-L. Performance location will be Vicksburg, Miss., with
funding from fiscal 2013 other authorizations funds. This
contract was a competitive acquisition via the web with five
bids received. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - Vicksburg
District, Vicksburg, Miss., is the contracting activity (W912EE-13-C-0013). 
DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY 
BAE Systems, Totowa, N.J., has been awarded a maximum
$94,312,136 modification (P00056) to contract (SPM400-06-D-9405)
adding two additional pricing periods for advanced radar warning
receiver ship sets and line replaceable units. The contract is a
firm-fixed-price, sole-source, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract. Locations of performance are New Jersey, New
York, and potentially Korea, Australia, Egypt, Norway, Poland,
and Canada with a Dec. 5, 2018 performance completion date.
Using military service is Air Force. Type of appropriation is
fiscal year 2015 Foreign Military Sales funds. The contracting
activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Aviation, Robins Air
Force Base, Ga. 
Xerox Corporation, Rosemont, Ill., has been awarded a
maximum $94,000,000 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for acquisition,
installation, supplies, technical services, parts, and training
of multifunctional devices. Location of performance is Illinois
with a Sept. 30, 2023 performance completion date. Using
military services are DLA Document Services Navy, Military
Sealift Command, afloat elements of the U.S. Fleet Marine Forces
and mobile activities of the federal government that have
deployment for extended periods. Type of appropriation is fiscal
year 2014 Defense Working Capital funds. The contracting
activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Document Services,
Mechanicsburg, Pa., (SP7000-13-D-0013). 
Science Applications International Corp., Fairfield,
N.J., has been awarded a maximum $82,213,823 modification
(P00033) exercising the eighth option year period of a two year
base contract (SPM500-04-D-BP24) with eight one-year option
periods for maintenance, repair, and operations prime vendor
contract for the Northeast Region. The contract is a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract.
Location of performance is New Jersey with an Aug. 30, 2014
performance completion date. Using military services are Army,
Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, and federal civilian agencies.
Type of appropriation is fiscal year 2012 through fiscal year
2013 Defense Working Capital funds. The contracting activity is
the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, Pa. 
Medline Industries, Mundelein, Ill., has been awarded
a maximum $39,544,872 modification (P00017) exercising the
fourth option year period of a one year base contract (SPM2D0-09-D-0007) with seven one-year option periods for procurement of
various medical and surgical products. The contract is a fixed-price with economic-price-adjustment, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract. Location of performance
is Illinois with an Aug. 30, 2014 performance completion date.
This contract was a competitive acquisition with one offer.
Using military services are Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps,
and federal civilian agencies. Type of appropriation is fiscal
year 2013 Warstopper funds. The contracting activity is the
Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, Pa. 
Bausch & Lomb, Inc., Aliso Viejo, Calif., has been
awarded a maximum $13,540,738 modification (P00002) exercising
the first option year of a one year base contract (SPM2D0-12-D-0011) with seven one-year option periods for various medical and
surgical items. The contract is a fixed-price with economic-price-adjustment, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity
contract. Location of performance is California with an Aug. 30,
2014 performance completion date. Using military services are
Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, and federal civilian
agencies. Type of appropriation is fiscal year 2013 Warstopper
funds. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency
Troop Support, Philadelphia, Pa. 
Thomas Scientific, Inc.,* Swedesboro, N.J., has been
awarded a maximum $8,144,898 modification (P00001) exercising
the first option year of a one year base contract (SPM2D0-12-D-0014) with seven one-year option periods for various medical and
surgical items. The contract is a fixed-price with economic-price-adjustment, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity
contract. Location of performance is New Jersey with an Aug. 30,
2014 performance completion date. Using military services are
Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, and federal civilian
agencies. Type of appropriation is fiscal year 2013 Warstopper
funds. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency
Troop Support, Philadelphia, Pa. 
NAVY 
Northrop Grumman Systems Corp., Bethpage, N.Y., is
being awarded a $34,558,999 cost-plus-fixed-fee, firm-fixed-price contract for the delivery, installation, and testing of
four French E-2C Identification Friend or Foe Mode 5/Mode S
interrogator and transponder units (three aircraft install units
and one spare install unit) for the government of France under
the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program. This contract includes
non-recurring engineering for the developmental lab work,
integration lab testing, software modifications, technical data,
training, and post installation ground and flight testing
support, kits, and associated hardware for aircraft integration.
Work will be performed in Bethpage, N.Y. (57 percent); Beaver
Creek, Ohio (33 percent); Cuers, France (3.4 percent); Norfolk,
Va. (3.3 percent); and St. Augustine, Fla.(3.3 percent), and is
expected to be completed in December 2018. FMS contract funds in
the amount of $34,558,999 are being obligated on this award,
none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
This contract was not competitively procured pursuant to FAR
6.302-4. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is
the contracting activity (N00019-13-C-2023). 
Northrop Grumman Corp., Integrated Systems; Bethpage,
N.Y., is being awarded a $31,354,312 modification to a
previously awarded firm-fixed-price contract (N00019-12-C-0063)
for non-recurring engineering for the Full Rate Production Lot 1
E-2D Advanced Hawkeye Program. Work will be performed in
Syracuse, N.Y. (29.88 percent); St. Augustine, Fla. (24.38
percent); Bethpage, N.Y. (12.64 percent); Greenlawn, N.Y. (10.21
percent); Woodland Hills, Calif. (8.2 percent); El Segundo, Cal.
(6.99 percent); Menlo Park, Calif. (4.5 percent); and various
locations within the United States (3.2 percent). The work is
expected to be completed in September 2016. Fiscal 2013 Aircraft
Procurement, Navy contract funds in the amount of $31,354,312
will be obligated at the time of award, none of which will
expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air
Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting
activity. 
Environment Systems, Jacksonville, Fla., is being
awarded a $14,068,512 firm-fixed-price contract for the
procurement of Environmental Control Units in support of all
Maintenance Mobile Facility Equipment. Work will be performed in
Jacksonville, Fla., and is expected to be completed by August
2016. No funds will be obligated at the time of award and
therefore, will not expire before the end of the current fiscal
year. Contract funds will be obligated on individual task orders
as they are issued. The contract was not competitively procured
in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). NAVSUP Weapons System
Support, Philadelphia Pa., is the contracting activity (N00383-13-D-007P). 
DLT Solutions, Herndon, Va., is being awarded a
$12,375,152 firm-fixed-price delivery order (M67854-13-F-4101)
against a previously awarded General Service Administration
(GSA) Federal Supply Schedule GS-35F-4543G for the procurement
of maintenance for Symantec software licenses. Work will be
performed in Herndon, Va., and is expected to be completed by
Sept. 30, 2016. Fiscal 2013 Operations and Maintenance, Marine
Corps funds in the amount of $1,187,280 will be obligated at the
time of award, and will expire at the end of the current fiscal
year. This order was competitively procured via GSA eBuy
electronic request for quotes with three quotes were received.
The Marine Corps Systems Command, Quantico, Va., is the
contracting activity. 
Savi Technology Inc., Alexandria Va., is being
awarded $6,997,888 for delivery order (MU63) under a previously
awarded firm-fixed-price contract (W91QUZ-09-D-0001), for the
procurement of the active radio frequency identification tags in
support of Marine Corps Total Force Information Technology
Services. Work will be performed at Camp Pendleton, Calif. (33
percent); Camp LeJeune, N.C. (34 percent); Okinawa, Japan (23
percent); and New Orleans, La. (10 percent), and is expected to
be completed by Dec. 31, 2013. Fiscal 2011 Procurement Marine
Corps funds in the amount of $5,896,749 will be obligated at the
time of award, and will expire at the end of the current fiscal
year. This order was competitively procured via the Automated
Movement and Identification Solutions radio frequency
identification contract with four offers received. The Marine
Corps Systems Command, Quantico, Va., is the contracting
activity.
