Energy Leaders to Address Dynamic Changes in the Global Energy Sector at SIEW 2013 Singapore International Energy Week 2013 Business Wire SINGAPORE -- August 27, 2013 Now in its sixth edition, this year’s Singapore International Energy Week (SIEW) will feature a line-up of esteemed speakers including several government leaders and industry captains who will be speaking at the event for the first time. Malaysian Minister for Energy, Green Technology and Water Y.B.
