PowerSecure (Nasdaq: POWR) announced today that members of its executive
leadership team, board of directors and guests will participate in The Opening
Bell^® ceremony at the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) on Wednesday, August 28,
2013.

“We are honored to celebrate our first day of trading on the NYSE, another
milestone for PowerSecure, by ringing The Opening Bell,” said Sidney Hinton,
chief executive officer of PowerSecure.

PowerSecure expects that its common stock will begin trading on the NYSE on
August 28, 2013. Until the transfer is completed, PowerSecure’s common stock
will continue to trade on the NASDAQ Global Select Market.
