Siemens Water Technologies LLC and ICS Healy-Ruff have signed an agreement for
ICS Healy-Ruff to become the exclusive national distributor of Siemens
Intra-Link™ Control Systems products. These products include the popular LC150
Pump Controller, the LC3000 and LC2000 controllers and related accessories.

Under the agreement, ICS Healy-Ruff will be responsible for all sales of the
products, and provide system-level design, programming, fabrication and
commissioning of systems sold that contain these products. Siemens will
continue to manufacture the products and own all rights associated with their
design and development.

opportunities for these control products to be integrated as part of a
