Elizabeth Arden, Inc. Announces Resignation of Chief Financial Officer
NEW YORK -- August 21, 2013
Elizabeth Arden, Inc. (NASDAQ:RDEN), a global prestige beauty products
company, today announced that Stephen J. Smith has resigned as the Company’s
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in order to accept a
position as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer with The Hain
Celestial Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:HAIN) based in Lake Success, New York. Mr. Smith
will remain with the Company through September 1, 2013. The Company has
commenced a search for a new Chief Financial Officer.
E. Scott Beattie, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Elizabeth
