CHICAGO -- August 19, 2013

The America’s SAP Users’ Group (ASUG) is pleased to announce Lewis Schiff as
the featured panelist for this year’s ASUG Leadership 2.0 session at the 2013
SAP^® BusinessObjects™ User Conference (SBOUC) in Anaheim, Calif., Sept. 9-11.

Schiff will offer insights based on his experience as an entrepreneur and the
author of three books sharing lessons learned and best practices drawn from
research on self-made business leaders. In an era of accelerated change,
leaders must guide their teams toward the accomplishment of business goals
while navigating shifting environments. Schiff and his fellow panelists will
discuss this topic during the SBOUC ASUG Leadership 2.0 session, “All You Need
to Know About Change Management.”

The invite-only Sept. 10 luncheon panel session will also include ASUG
Leadership 2.0 team captain Lisa Leslie, a four-time Olympic champion, author
and TV commentator, and ASUG CEO Bridgette Chambers. The session will bring
together SAP professionals to exchange insights and address challenges such
as:

*How to assess the skill sets of team members to encourage contributions
*How to build a team that has the right players
*How to address the anxiety and uncertainty associated with change
*The important role of the change agent

Speakers will include:

*Lead panelist Lewis Schiff, chairman and executive director of Inc.
    Business Owners Council, a membership organization for Inc. Magazine;
Schiff maintains a blog about behavioral entrepreneurship on Inc.com and
authored the 2013 book, “Business Brilliant: Surprising Lessons from the
    Greatest Self-Made Business Icons”
*ASUG Leadership 2.0 team captain Lisa Leslie, who was the first women’s
basketball player to win all three Most Valuable Player awards – for the
WNBA regular season, All-Star Game, and playoffs – in the same season
*Business turnaround expert and ASUG CEO Bridgette Chambers

"No leader achieves great things without tapping the talents of a stellar
team," Chambers said. "That synergy becomes even more important when an
organization is facing significant change. This year's Leadership 2.0 panel
discussion promises to provide the kind of insights and experience that will
help ASUG members manage change and emerge as leaders who bring distinct value
to the organizations they serve.”

Immediately after the panel discussion, Lewis Schiff will lead a facilitated
breakout session titled, “ASUG Leadership 2.0 Presents: A Crowd-Sourcing
Approach to Change.” Participants in the interactive brainstorming session
will share insights, ideas and results-oriented solutions to the challenges of
change.
