GREENSBORO, N.C., Aug. 16, 2013 /PRNewswire/ --Lorillard, Inc. (NYSE: LO),
the third largest manufacturer of cigarettes in the United States, announced
today the declaration of a quarterly dividend on its common stock in the
amount of $0.55 per share, payable on September 10, 2013 to stockholders of
record as of August 30, 2013.
