learning provider American Public University System, which operates through
American Military University and American Public University – plans to release
third quarter 2013 results after the close of U.S. financial markets on
November 6, 2013.

A live webcast of its third quarter 2013 earnings conference call will be
broadcast at 5:00 p.m. Eastern time on Wednesday, November 6, 2013. This call
will be open to listeners through the webcast section of the Company's
investor relations website, www.AmericanPublicEducation.com. A replay of the
live webcast will also be available starting approximately one hour after the
